Welcome to Unveil (the "Service," "Software," or "Platform"), operated by Aryabhatta Labs. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) platform. By accessing or using Unveil, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Unveil services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accepting an invitation, accessing, or using the Service, you ("User," "Customer," or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable agreements.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. License & Restrictions

3.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.
• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Service without our permission.
• Bypass security measures or interfere with the Service's operation.

3.3 Uploaded Prototypes

Prototypes you upload run in the browsers of the people you invite to review them. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to share it. You agree not to upload malware, phishing pages, content that collects real credentials or payment details, or code designed to attack reviewers, the Service, or third parties. We may remove such content and suspend the accounts involved.

4. Payment & Subscription Terms

Fees, where applicable, are outlined in your subscription plan and billed in advance. You must provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

5. Data Privacy & Security

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, including your prototypes and feedback, but grant us a license to process it for Service delivery. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.1 Support Access & Data Consent

By creating a support ticket, submitting a bug report, or requesting technical assistance to troubleshoot an issue with the Service, you grant implicit consent for authorized Aryabhatta Labs personnel to access your workspace's data in the Unveil system for debugging purposes only. Such access is:

• Limited to the minimum data necessary to diagnose and resolve the reported issue
• Conducted only by specifically authorized individuals
• Logged and auditable through our offline access mechanism
• Automatically revoked after the support ticket is closed or resolved
• Subject to the same security and confidentiality standards as all other data access

You may withdraw this consent at any time by closing the support ticket, notifying us at [email protected], or requesting that we cease troubleshooting activities. Note that withdrawing consent may limit our ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Access to your data is revoked immediately upon issue resolution or consent withdrawal.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice as per the subscription terms. Upon termination, access to the Service will cease, and data may be deleted per our data retention policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, the content you upload, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Accuracy and Liability Disclaimer

While Unveil and Aryabhatta Labs strive to ensure our products offer the highest levels of quality and accuracy, Unveil is a review tool: it records feedback and decisions about prototypes, and it never changes, merges or deploys your code. Accepting a comment in Unveil does not create any code, branch or deployment. You remain responsible for reviewing what your team builds and ships.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of your jurisdiction.
